Victorian Law Week: Importance of having a Will

This year, Victorian Law Week will be held between 18-24 May 2026. To celebrate this year’s theme, Where Law Meets Life, we are hosting a free in-person event to talk about the importance of having a Will and how to get started.

Join us for a free lunch session where you can learn:

  • The importance of having a Will
  • Things to consider to create one
  • Who should create a Will
  • What is the role of an executor
  • How often should you update your Will
  • What happens to your Will after your passing
  • What happens if you don’t have a Will

Our presentation will run for 30 minutes, after which, we will run an open Q&A for participants to ask any questions about Wills. We encourage you to come prepared with any questions you may have.

We recommend this event for anyone over the age of 18. Seating is limited, so please complete the form below to confirm your registration. We look forward to seeing you then!
